The hotel staff here is top-notch! They were super friendly and helpful, which really made our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the location is just fantastic – right in front of the World Trade Center. It's so easy to hop on the metro and zip around to all the touristy spots. the decor is stylish and really trendy, just like I've experienced in other hotels from the same group.

One tiny downside was that some aspects of the room could have been cleaner. Just a minor detail that could be improved upon.

As a professional photographer from Paris, I loved the aesthetics and views of Cloud One New York-Downtown. The modern design and location were perfect for my work. However, small rooms and lack of amenities were a drawback. Staff was friendly but lacked local insights. Overall, a stylish choice in NYC.

The Cloud One Downtown offers a lovely view next to the 9/11 memorial with comfortable beds and a trendy bar. Fantastic service and great value for money. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, not far from the subway.

Water issues affected some floors. High-pressure shower and modern design.

The stunning city view from the upper floor room above Ground Zero was unbeatable and the customer service was exceptional. However, the lack of water in the room and the need for clearer communication regarding taxi services for the airport could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The view was unbeatable with easy access to multiple subway lines for our adventures across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Despite a few hiccups with the water supply during our stay, the overall experience at the hotel was top-notch and worth the move from another hotel in the area. As for relaxation options, we didn't get a chance to explore all the amenities, but the lounge on the sixth floor seemed a bit pricey compared to nearby dining spots 💫.

The rooms were not soundproof, which led to noise from the hallway being easily audible. the bed had a significant indentation on one side, making it uncomfortable for some guests.

We loved staying at the Cloud One! the location was perfect, right across from the World Trade Center in the financial district. We could easily walk to many places and the subway was nearby for exploring further. the rooms were incredibly spacious with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. the hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the lobby and lounge were so Instagram-worthy. It was our second visit since they opened and we absolutely loved it.

My stay at The Cloud One New York-Downtown was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with easy access to subway stations and amazing attractions. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, which was a major plus. The view from our room of the 9/11 memorial and WTC 4 was jaw-dropping. Despite the construction, the entrance was clearly labeled and not at all sketchy. The front desk staff was nice and check-in was a breeze. The hotel had free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area which added to the overall convenience. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some downtime. The fact that they had four working elevators meant we never had to wait long. Plus, the pet-friendly policy and wheelchair accessibility were nice features. The air conditioning in the room was much appreciated, and the no-smoking policy ensured a fresh atmosphere. All in all, this hotel was an absolute winner, with its prime location, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities. I cannot wait to see how it looks once the construction is complete!

The day we decided to treat ourselves to a lazy morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room's coffee machine fully stocked and ready to kick-start our day. It felt like having our own personal barista on standby.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the location is awesome for getting around the city and sightseeing🗽. The beds were so comfy and we had a good night's sleep every night. We could easily grab a quick bite or a coffee from nearby places like Le Pain Quotidien or Joe & The Juice. Just a minor issue with the lighting in the room, a bit dim for our liking, but overall a fantastic stay!

The room had everything I needed, from air conditioning to a coffee machine. The location was great for exploring, with the One World Trade Center just a short walk away. I loved the river views from certain units. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch, perfect before a day of adventures. And the 24-hour front desk came in handy when I needed some late-night tips. a convenient and comfortable stay.

The twin room at the hotel was so cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning made the room just right, and I loved having a seating area to relax in. The soundproofing was great for a peaceful night's sleep, and the river views from certain units were a lovely touch.

We stayed at the Cloud One for one night and had a pleasant experience. the room was spacious and clean, and although we had requested a king room with a city view, we were given a corner room facing a building. since we checked in two hours early, it wasn't a big issue for us. the hotel has four lifts, so there were no long waits, and the location was excellent. We were within walking distance of the 9/11 memorial and found the staff to be friendly, professional, and efficient. the restaurant on the 6th floor offered a nice view, and overall, we were satisfied with our choice.
